Why did you decide to operate from a storage unit?

It's local to my home, offered reasonable prices and easy to understand terms that were well explained by the centre manager.

How long have you been at Store First?

We moved into Store First in October 2015, and we currently have one 100 sq ft unit and one 50 sq ft unit.

What do you use your storage units for?

Storage and workshop.

What benefits do you get from operating from Store First?

24-hour access, mail handling service, contents protection, clean and dry facilities.

Do you make use of the free facilities at Store First?

We use the Wi-Fi, breakout area, electricity, hot and cold drinks.

How has Store First helped you to run your business successfully?

Good advice and support from Michael and the team. Flexible approach to storage solutions allowing me to increase/decrease space as my business needs change. Delivery of pallets directly to the unit has saved time and reduced costs.

What would you say the best thing Store First has done for your business is?

Freed up space in my home allowing me to separate my home and business lifestyle.

Would you recommend Store First to other SMEs?

I have already recommended the Blackburn storage centre to two SMEs who are now using Store First and have recently recommended to another who is considering moving in.
