Store First reach the impressive milestone of One Million Sq Ft of active customers

Our bright, modern centres are purpose-built and filled with storage units in a range of sizes to suit the customer. We also have additional services and facilities for customers to use free of charge, such as free WiFi, kitchens, meeting rooms, and free 24 hour access amongst others.

We have some very loyal customers including a carpet fitter in our Blackburn store who joined us 6 years ago. Originally, he said he only needed the unit for a few months! Our customers have also rated us 4.9 / 5 on Feefo, something we’re very proud of and Feefo have awarded us for. We work hard to give all our customers the best possible experience.

With this in mind, we were delighted to reach a major milestone recently, which is hitting one million square feet of active customers. That’s a lot – and we thank all our customers for choosing us and making this happen.

We’ve been busy – since 2011, we’ve moved over 71,000 customers into over 5.5m square feet of space. That’s a lot of shifting, and our staff work really hard to make sure our customers are happy, with their goods safe and secure in our hands.
